Migz and I decided to invest in a condo unit last July 2016. We checked out SMDC Light Residences first but the payment terms are not as flexible as Fame Residences so we finally decided to go for the latter.
Below are the photos I managed to take and save from the One Bedroom Unit with Balcony model in SM Light Mall so I will be reminded of what we are going to have in the future.
Fame Residences is different from their other SMDC properties because this one is more luxurious because of its five star quality amenities. FAME is located in the center of Metro Manila, a 4-tower property located in Central EDSA, near Boni Ave and Shaw Blvd MRT. This property breathes life to the fast rising Mandaluyong urban hub, which is teeming with lifestyle and entertainment options for every interest.
