Coloring with Oil Pastels
Last night, I just got an urge to do some art using oil pastels on one of the coloring books I bought my 6-year old daughter, Jaze. I figured since Jaze and I are still awake early in the morning, I might as well do something to keep her interested and engaged in the arts. She hasn’t tried using oil pastels before so if she sees me doing it, I feel like she would also want to give it a try. Here’s what I used:
And this is what I work on:
This is my work:
I wanted a smoother texture so I used cotton swabs:
so this is the final artwork:
Di nga ako nagkamali, Jaze wanted to try the oil pastels so she chose this page to color:
She did a great job for her first try coloring with oil pastels! I’m one proud momma! ðĨ°
If you also want to try this or you want to gift someone something like this, you can definitely check it out on Shopee PH!
